The fully-automatic universal medical manifold offers continuous, fail-safe pressure and flow control from high pressure medical cylinders. The manifold automatically switches from the primary bank to the secondary bank utilizing dome bias technology ensuring reliability.

Pattons' Medical Zone Valve Boxes are high-quality and have a color-coded gas identification label for visibility. The boxes can hold 1 to 7 valves with or without gauges. They are made of 18 gauge steel with a baked white enamel finish and comply with NFPA-99.

The medical gas alarm is used by hospital personnel to monitor gas pressures and vacuum levels of the medical gas pipeline. All gases or vacuum levels are displayed on a 2.85" LCD Screen with should allow all alarm programming to be setup and done without the use of tools.

The Gas Control Panel powers surgical instruments in operating rooms and is available for use with Nitrogen or Instrument Air. The center knob lets hospital staff regulate output pressure and control pressure delivered to the instrument.

The Emergency Oxygen Supply Connection will provide a connection for a auxiliary source of oxygen to the hospital’s main oxygen pipeline for emergency or maintenance situations. The inlet will consist of a 1″ or 2″ ball valves.

The Pressure Relief valves with Pipe Away Adapters have a brass body with a 1/2″ Male NPT and 1/2″ female pipe away adapter. The relief valves are supplied clean and prepared for oxygen which are capped and packaged in a polyethylene bag.

The Pressure and Vacuum Switches will feature a U.L. Listed Single Pole double throw snap-action micro switch and a NEMA 4 water tight housing with a mounting bracket. Electrical ratings will be 10 amps at 120 volt AC. Two switches are required for Nitrogen and Instrument Air. Pressure and Vacuum switches with gauges will include a 2″ dial after the pressure switch.
